Michelle here with a couple quick little things that came out of the craft room this week.
My first attempt at using the Star of Light stamp set and the Starlight framelits was not only so fun, but I think a huge success! Here is my card..

If you are on the fence about this bundle take it from me – don't be!!! I almost passed it by until I saw some absolutely gorgeous examples on Pinterest and other Stampin' Up! demo sites. It is an amazing bundle!
Then I made a Pumpkin Witch for my friend who owns the salon I go to for my Mani/Pedi's. Lili used to live across the street and she has become such a good friend, I was so sad when she moved. At least I still get to see her twice a month. He salon is decorated in Silver and Orange, so I tried to keep with her theme colors and still make her a Halloween display. This looks just like her (her likes in the decorating venue – not physically (ha!)).

Well that is it for today. Have a wonderful Tuesday everyone and remember to make time for some Creating With Paper!

Greetings My Ghouls and Goblins!
It is Halloween Month and not only that – ALMOST HALLOWEEN! Ooooo BOO! I will be showing a few projects that some of my paper peeps and I have been indulging in so far this month.
Attention!!! Only 8 more days for this exciting offer from Stampin' Up! There is a bargain for some of the Designer Series Paper! Buy 3 and get a 4th one FREE! Woo Hoo! Here is the list of papers available in the sale. You can mix and match as long as you order 3 then on your fourth choice, it will advise you IT'S FREE! That is right! Zero, zilch, nada. What's not to lose? I stocked up on paper for classes and projects. You may want to do the same! Hurry, get them while you can!

Candy Cane Lane! Wow – that paper pack is not only cute, but has been the favorite this year. There have been so many projects on Stampin' Up! sites and You Tube, it is amazing! So many fabby ideas floating out there. Of course for every paper pack offered here, there are a multitude of ideas being shared. It is so fun to see the creativity that abounds with the Stampin' Up! family. It never stops amazing me.
Here are the Halloween projects that I have been working on. Along with some fellow paper peeps, we have been crafting away! Only have a couple more to do, and then we start on Christmas.

This is a small slider box, pattern courtesy of Penni Behr. It was simple to make and so cute! Put treats in the little box.

We took a inexpensive pumpkin and just covered it with ribbon and embellishments. Messy but fun project.

Our pumpkin for this year – made with a small greenish pumpkin with a great stem for her nose. Mounted on a couple "Magic" boxes (in honor of hubby and his magic knowedge). We adorned with a cute witch hat, painted face, gross plastic hair, and tulle ribbon and bow for her hat. I love her – she is sweet because she is missing so many teeth. Her name is "toofless".

Made out of cupcake wrappers, this little pumpkin is ready for the Halloween ball. The shadowbox house next to her was a fun kit that had more than enough great embellishments to let you design your own box.

Another half pumpkin embellished with fun things – her feet and hat are all that she wishes to show until Halloween night. This was such a fun project and super easy. I am making one for my old neighbor who owns a great salon that I frequent for my mani/pedi's. She will love it. Starting with a silver pumpkin. Her shop is Silver and Orange.

Finally (for now) my three new vintage cards that I made. Love me some vintage..

Well, Autumn is on Thursday, before we know it, Halloween will be spooking up on us, then we will be giving Thanks for a glorious year, and then, SANTA!
I just wanted to do a short post today as my husband and I are "re-arranging" and improving my craft room. It is filled to the gills and I want it more efficient, so today we are packing it up and moving it into our Master Bedroom for a couple days. Right now, we are just doing the re-arranging portion, then hubby will build me a desk area. We scoured so many sites for ideas and loved the IKEA ideas, but he wants to make it custom for me. Isn't he just the sweetest? Luckily he has the tools and the talent to build an awesome work area. By custom, he wants it modular, because my room is also our guest room. So, we have to have it easy to take apart yet sturdy enough to handle all the crafting I do!
I will share some projects here that I have done for some challenges. I am planning on my first workshop in October probably on the 2nd, so I guess I should figure out what to do! Hope to combine some Halloween and Christmas things. There are so many cute, cute punches, dies and stamps in the Holiday catalog, I am getting overwhelmed with what to offer my customers and friends! Oh well, I will figure it out…

I just received the Mr Funny Bones stamp set, and just cracked up at him. Here are the supplies I used for this card:

This next card, we were challenged to use embossing powder..I love the new copper embossing powder and I love the Moroccan Designer Series Paper.
